The main driver of the car is aged between 24 to 75 and has a valid driving licence of at least 2 years. If I am aged between 20 to 23 and/or has less than 1 year of driving experience, only 1 insurance quotation can be furnished and young driver excess will be imposed.

No driver has been convicted of DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) or has had any class of licence suspended or cancelled in the last 3 years.

The car is registered in Singapore and any modifications it may have are LTA compliant.

The car is not used for commercial purposes, hire, reward, rental or lease.

I or any additional drivers have never been refused, declined renewal or terminated for car insurance by any insurers.

I or any additional drivers have never had more than 2 claims, and/or claim amount exceeding $25,000 in the last 3 years. There is no single claim exceeding $30,000 in the last 3 years.

I authorise, agree, and consent to InsuranceGuru.com.sg (“IG”), ALP Rocks Pte Ltd (“ALP”) and the insurer(s) to collect, use, and process my personal data for the purpose of processing my insurance application. I agree to be contacted by staffs from IG, ALP and Financial Adviser Representatives introduced by IG or ALP, via email, SMS and calls if needed, for the purpose of processing and completing my insurance application.
